Hilton Northampton Hotel, Northampton

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very comfy and clean, and I appreciated being able to bring my dog along with us. However, the room, although a deluxe queen, felt more budget than luxury, and the corridor light streaming in at night was bothersome. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster with some exceptionally helpful moments and some disappointingly cold encounters, especially towards kids. The location was convenient yet noisy, and the dining options were a highlight despite some temperature issues with the food.

The hotel was fine, just as we expected, albeit showing signs of a rushed refurbishment with paint on the tiles and mirrors. The service was amazing throughout, especially with Ben being so friendly and helpful. The location was okay, just off the M1 with easy access to Northampton and nearby parks. Dining was good with a good selection, although not as good as before. The facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a golf course and offers excellent meals in a bar setting. The rooms may have noise issues but are accompanied by delightful dinner and breakfast experiences. The spa facilities do close early, yet the overall atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing.
